For investors who choose to loan funds, we offer interest rates and durations based upon the specific attributes of the property development.
At Isteni Developments, we prioritise transparency for our investors and keep them informed as our projects progress. Our investors can be as involved in the detail as they wish.
For investors who want to make an equity investment and collaborate with Isteni Developments through a joint venture arrangement, we are open to discussing terms and conditions on a project-by-project basis.
Some of our investors want to invest with us to gain more knowledge about the business of property development and to gain the confidence to embark on their own projects independently. We are happy to explore these so-called “invest and learn” arrangements.
