This project involved the transformation of two dilapidated 4,500 sqft buildings situated in a prime location. These structures were redeveloped into a 16-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO), with each bedroom featuring its own ensuite bathroom. Notably, this undertaking marked our most substantial project to date, and it was executed successfully, not only staying within the allocated budget but also adhering to the planned timeline.
We completely renovated a family house, starting from the bare structure, and transformed it into a 5-bedroom luxury HMO accommodation property.
